Your privacy is very important to us at the Carmana Hotel & Suites (collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Carmana”, “we,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how Carmana collects, uses, discloses and retains Personal Information (as defined below) collected from or about any individual that interacts with us, including but not limited to our guests, tenants or visitors to our properties (collectively referred to as “you”) both offline and on our website and services where this Privacy Policy appears or is referenced. Personal Information means any information about you as an identifiable individual including, but not limited to, name, contact information, and personal financial information. Protecting Personal Information provided to us by you and using, disclosing, and retaining it in accordance with applicable privacy legislation is of paramount importance to Carmana.

We hire third party service providers to perform reservation services on our behalf. LuxuryRes, Inc., a third party service provider, operates our booking engine and collects, uses, discloses and retains Personal Information as provided by you when making a reservation. We have no control over the content or information management of the third parties and you should be aware that our privacy guidelines apply only to the Personal Information as collected directly by or disclosed to us.  You should be aware that any Personal Information you supply directly to a third party service provider in any manner, is subject to their privacy statement and practices, for which we have no control.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Internet is not 100% secure.  We cannot promise that your use of our website or services will be completely safe.  We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative security measures to safeguard your Personal Information. Our website may contain links or references to other websites.  If you click on a link to a third-party site, you will be taken to a website or service that we do not control. The Personal Information you provide to us is treated as confidential.  Your Personal Information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without your approval. However, we may share your Personal Information when authorized by law or with (i) our staff, (ii) external service providers or (iii) legal and regulatory authorities. We will only share the Personal Information that is legally required and nothing more.

RETENTION OF INFORMATION
