What is the minimum booking required for the Extended Stay section?

Our Extended Stay section requires a 90 night minimum booking. If you are looking for a shorter stay, please visit our Hotel Section (note that nightly rates and taxes apply).

What is the WiFi access code?

CarmanaHotel. Complimentary WiFi can be accessed in your suite and in public areas. If you encounter any issues, please contact the Front Desk for further assistance.

How often will the housekeeping team service my suite?

At the time of check in, the front desk will advise which day your weekly service will be set. Service includes changing towels & bed linens, tidying the kitchen, living room & bathroom, and garbage pickup. If additional service is requested, charges may apply.

May I smoke on the balcony?

No. 100% Non-smoking Policy: Vaping or Smoking (including non-tobacco products) is not allowed in any of the suites or balconies. A minimum charge of $350 will be applied for each violation.

Do you have accessible suites?

Yes, we do have accessible suites, but only in the Hotel Section under our nightly rates. For more information, please submit an inquiry to our team for more information.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available in your suite and all public areas. Log-in instructions and password may be obtained through the Front Desk upon check-in.

What is the electric current in the suite?

110 volts – adapters are available at the Front desk. A deposit of CAD 20.00 plus tax is required but refundable upon return of the item.

Can I request a suite with a balcony, views of English Bay or the North Shore mountains?

Due to the high number of requests for suites with balconies (which are very limited) and/or a specific preferred view (English Bay or North Shore Mountains), we cannot guarantee that these requests will be granted; however, be assured that we will try our best to accommodate them.

Do you offer discounts for BCAA members?

Do you have in-suite laundry?

We do not have in-suite laundry; however, we have app-operated washers and dryers are located on the 3rd floor of the Carmana Hotel (open 24 hours). Please note that an access card is required to gain entry and downloading the app on your smart phone is needed to operate the machines. Laundry detergent and fabric softener is available for purchase at the Front Desk.

Do you have dry cleaning services?

Same day service is available Monday – Saturday (No service on and Statutory Holidays). Please drop off your dry cleaning at the Front desk before 8:00 am along with the completed forms or request for a suitable time for pick up.

Do you have a restaurant?

Although we don't have a restaurant, we are surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes. Here are the a few that are close by.

Do you have a gym?

Yes. Our fitness center is located on the 3rd floor and is open from 6:00 AM to midnight. With two Peloton Bikes, you can join live or on-demand studio classes at any time that works for you.

Do you have a boardroom or meeting space we can book?

Yes. Located on the 3rd floor, our meeting room is ideal for small boardroom meetings and training or workshop sessions.
