We are looking for a full time Front Office Agent to join our team. As an ambassador of the hotel, the Front Office Agent is responsible for providing first-class guest experience through professional and courteous customer service from the moment guests arrive at the property until they check out. The ideal person is detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and adaptable in challenging situations. Successful candidates will be a solid team player with at least one year of customer service experience and willing to go the extra mile to maximize guest satisfaction while adhering to the company policies.
Wage Range: $28 per hour
We are seeking a full-time Houseperson who will play a key role in maintaining our hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. As an ambassador of the hotel, the Houseperson supports the housekeeping team and ensures all public spaces are clean, welcoming, and reflective of our commitment to excellence in guest service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. With at least one year of experience in a similar role, they are a proactive team player who takes pride in their work and is ready to go the extra mile to support a first-class guest experience. This is a physically active role that requires stamina, focus, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Wage Range: $28 – $30 per hour based on experience
